Fair enough, but I've seen better, the head is a bit roundish, doesn't have that sharp silouette at the chin and the downer face, the eyes looks unrealistic and googly and the picture seem quite comical, just practice some more

The head is little off as well as the eyes and mouth. The shading is good as well as the details. The bottom torso is way to big and off center for the upper half of the legs. You should have spent more time on the eyes.

You make the outline and basic structure of the Spy by making each part separately in Paint and then editing/colouring/putting together in Photoshop?

God, that is smart and easier than getting Fireworks.

But I am addicted to Fireworks and can't use Photoshop correctly/good enough.
