My sister bought sims 3 pets. the game was working fine before. when she downloaded pets, it worked for 5 minutes, then the game crashed. we tried to delete sims 3 and pets, but when she tried again, it wouldnt allow her to play. please tell me what to do.

@bubbyjm31 well what you do is you have to go to the uninstaller and dont uninstall sims3 uninstall sims3 pets and if you still want pets downloaded on your desktop reinstall it should work then hope this helped :)

@noah37363 hello i know how to fix it just do ctrl shift c and type in resetSim and then a space then your sims first name and second name. Hope it helps

Hello!! I have got a problem with my game. When i try to play,the game stops and on my screen appears the arrow from my mouse and then i must press Ctrl Alt Delete! This occurs when I press to start a NEW GAME or play a previously saved! I can not understand why this happens! My sims are not authentic ! Maybe because of this my game can not play.
