Great song, fantastic album! I saw Bruce Dickinson live when he was touring right after Chemical Wedding came out. One of the best concerts that I attended for sure. Adrian Smith was awesome as well.
maiden with blaze were good but they were not the maiden we love..it was like it was another band..blaze has a special voice nothing like bruce's..i love both voices but i prefer bruce's by all means..hes one of my favs anyway!!.. maiden are the band we love only with bruce and adrian in their line-up!!!UP THE IRONS!!

Adrian only wrote 2 songs on this album; Roy Z wrote everything else, including ALL the killer tracks, i.e. 'Book of Thel', 'The Tower', 'Jerusalem', 'Gates of Urizen', 'Alchemist', and the title track.
'Accident of Birth' and 'The Chemical Wedding' are 90% a Bruce/Roy collaboration; 'Tyranny of Souls' is all Roy and Bruce. Adrian had nothing to do with the creative vision of these albums - he was the second guitarist who added another flavor and more Maiden pedigree which helped marketing.
I think its by far the one of the best Bruce dikinson songs and beats most of his stuff done with Iron maiden however thats just my opinion and probably sounds like a load of crap to everyone else

It always struck me how MUCH BETTER Bruce's solo work is vs. his Iron Maiden work... (In my view of course) Chemical Wedding simply blows away any Iron Maiden album.
