Can you honestly compare the garbage they make now with their older material? Their music now has lost its melodic qualities. Those jaw dropping guitar riffs and mesmerizing effects of their music is gone. Nobody wants to play the same stuff over and over again; but give me a break. Metallica now sounds like a bunch of overweight bearded alcoholics!
Lars never had drum lessons. He was supposed to be a tennis star like his father. The only reason it's better on the album is because he was playing to a click track which kept him on beat.
The double bass part sounds like a kid of 10 years is sitting behind a drumkit for the first time. And the part 4.46-5.10, the drums are awfull!!!! Lars, keep drumming like you did on the albums, not those shitty untastefull breaks you do every 10 seconds!!!
I prefered Metallica's acient tone. I don't know now but it's like there's too musch bass and not enough crunh in their distortion. Anyway they are gods^^

i loose rythem and i think that's lars his problem aswell he makes more show so he loses his foces to hold down the beat
