then why is there a are carburetor sitting on top of the intake manifold with an air cleaner on top of said carburetor?

Wouldn't you see fuel lines coming off those so called "fuel rails", which you don't see, and where are the injectors themselves?

An old 351 Windsor would have a massive fuel injection system that would be obvious to the eye.

Okay nice cars but one big problem. The 68 Mustang DOESN'T have fuel injection. When you raised the hood, at 1:20 or so, I saw a manifold, carburetor, and air filter. Hello!
