dont listen to tycho555555 just call the xbox company and tell them the u cant see anythin on the tv and if they can fix it n how much it would cost but im sure its the cored or find one of your friends that have a 360 and plug in your cored to their console to make sure the cored is really broken so u can go buy another one. but first check your cored if it works or not

you probably have a shortage in your video cord. try moving the cord around while plugged in. my dvd player had the same problem

My opinion is to not buy another xbox360. You might as well buy a Ps3, because why would you buy a new 360, what if it broken or got the red ring of death and it cant be fixed again. Then your out what is it 200-300 dollars, instead of buying a ps3 around 2oo dollars and not over heating, or breaking, unless of course you drop it. If you dont really care what I said, its fine thats just my opinion.

Dont do the towel trick! I use to fix xboxs last year, and the main cause of fault was people overheating the xbox with this trick! You will have to send it off to Microsoft or some other hardware repairers, as its obversely a hardware fault (eg. loose connect)

don its kevin. its not ur xbox its just the cord. overheating it works just if you got the red rings if anything you just made your xbox worse

@allstar9445 im pretty sure its not the cord becausee i hadd video them it turned like all yellow and the next time i turned it on i couldnt see the picture. The guy at the store said its the graphics card most likely. i rlly hope its not the cord cause me and my dad are in the process of taking it apart

@allstar9445 theres a easier way instead of buying a new xbox just take it apart and take of the old glue or what ever its called but you can buy a new tube of that stuff for ten dollars and clean it with a q tip if your not sure just look at some of the videos on you tube it explains it better.
