  • This sounds like Gorillaz :(

  • If you like Think Tank you will probably like Gorillaz

  • Getting Banksy to do your album artwork? BOSS.

  • this song made me dream when i was dragging my body throughout the streets of Ho Chi Minh with my empty opium pipe and the thoughts of an ethereal world. this song made me fall asleep beside the naked body of my beloved. this song is outworld. another reality to live within...

  • got me through some tough times. anyone else?

  • 13 is the best, but Thinktank is so underrated!!

  • to the most commented. think tank is their best album. I love coxon. he is a genius (overused term, but he is one of the best guitarist/singersongwriters out there). but albarn has this evergreen nature with music. he is one with himself and music. and he produces amazing songs like this.

  • i'm definitely more of a fan of damon than graham. so i like this album much more.

  • This tracks like a drug to me.... that bass drop at 2:05 is like a hit

  • meh 13 is their best album. think tank comes right after 13

  • love this song! the album is a bit down beat it's still good though. i much prefer their older stuff. I think modern life is rubbish is there best album :)

  • 2 dislikes= liam & noel...:)))

  • this song reminds me of 2009 nightlife in singapore.. traveling on buses and on the mrt..

  • It's a different kind of beast than their other work, honestly. I mean their other albums are more on the straight up britpop/indie side, this is more electronic/acoustic. That's apples and oranges right there. It's still blur.. but a different blur. I don't think it's really fair to compare this to the other albums.

  • the best hero i smoked was while listening to this song... pretty good moments...

  • @BLzepCFH i agree think tank is their best album!

  • I'd say Think Tank is there best album, aside from the Best of Blur, but that doesn't count. All the songs on this album range from good to great. This song is one of my favorites on the album.

  • *When your. . . . . . & being chased; when there is a desire to BE....... A l o n e.

~What do you do? I do not like the way some are communicating of late in this one place in this hemisphere, & yet the current leadership is split into factions attempting to see for a selected number ( I do not really need to know whom nor what) Somethings R by an Executive decision that no one can overide. Taken from *above, depend. .

1'm not sure if Above at D'time is D' Above of the current lands STATE.

  • Blur v Oasis. Anyone remember that? Are you kidding?

  • best blur album. period.

  • i've only seen blur live once and it was at the barrowlands in glasgow before the smoking ban, damon lit a fag on stage and started puffin away my m8 dougie gestured to get the fag passed down and damon obliged, he took a few puffs before stubbing the rest out on his hand it is now framed witha copy of the album cover, it was an awesome gig and probably one of the smalles gigs i've been too but thats what made it all the more awesome

  • really makes me cry... i miss you so much.

  • best bassline in a song. EVER.

  • This is like a David Bowie song... The lyrics I mean

  • I was a blur fan since I was a in my early teens. But this album think tank came out when I was in my early twenties. It's like the maddest most sickest blur album ever.

  • The falsettos at the end , I fall asleep to those (in a totally heterosexual way)

  • my eyes are blue, theres nothing i can do....

  • this was damon's album's. a mix between that indie album he sold only on vinyl and gorillaz. Pretty good but definitely not a blur album mainly because it didn't have Graham da man:D

  • 2:05 & on , ORGASMIC :O

  • anyone who thinks Think Tank is crap doesn't know music or is stuck in the past....definately the top Blur album if not one of the top Blur albums. Stop sniffing caine and get scraight.

  • This song is so vulnerable and beautiful... I really love it, especially the quiet guitar at the beginning and the chorus.

  • This sound reminds me of a prom song if it got fucked up and got a dance beat put on it. Great song.

  • i wasn't that into think tank when it first came out i think it was a bit before its time but over the years it gradully grew on me until now its my fav album of any band its pure genius

  • Completely AMAZING!!!

  • I wish they had played more of this on their final tour this summer. Great record.

  • Thier best album =]

  • wtf this version doesnt have the weird glitch in the middle. I like that glitch.

  • I always wondered if it was just my copy, didn't know the glitch was an actual part of the song.

  • Some people think that "think tank" was crap, but thats only because graham coxon was missing. I have to addmit, this is one of my fave albums from blur. I love this song. I get a weird feeling in my stomach when i listen to this song. I freaking love blur. Someday i HAVE to meet at least one of them.

  • correct.

  • in my opinion think tank is their best album.

  • @BLSzepCFH Yeah, I agree. It is their most mature work. Very soulful and technically sound while still being somewhat experimental.

  • @BLSzepCFH What some people forget is that musician are trying to make a living like everyone else, blur made there money long ago by please the masses, granted i enjoyed it all but for me think thank is a pleasure to listen to. thank you for posting!

  • @BLSzepCFH Of course it is one of their best. Late blur is the most interesting to me as well.

  • @BLSzepCFH I love think tank but in my opinion their best album is 13

  • @BLSzepCFH it´s great but the best is deffintely 13

  • @BLSzepCFH Ditto.

  • @TheGillzChannel me three. I believe it was one of their best, if not the best. The culmination of a decade of craftsmanship and maturing sensibilities. They couldn't have played this song with any authenticity in the 90s.

  • @TheGillzChannel

I think "think tank" is the most basic album of blur, it's just getting to the main essence of a humans soul...

songs like this one express and teach us more than anything else about ourselves when we're listening to them... same thing with good song, sweet song, out of time.. the other songs are great too but they haven't got that specific style... great album, great song, great band!

  • @TheGillzChannel I barely listen to Blur. BARELY but think tank is the winner.

  • @TheGillzChannel

well not their BEST, great maybe, (has it's moments, like this song) different for blur, but kick ass none the less...

I suppose it's almost like trying to peg a specific Beatles album as their "best".

Can't do it, won't even try.

  • I didn't know Rowntree played electric guitar on this track. Just found out.

  • best album of blur.

  • I agree. The maturation of over a decade of performance and collaboration. Nothing to frizzy or pop-driven. An reflective, aquatic, sad album, marbled with melancholy, but spotted with brightness by way of "Crazy Beat" and "Gene by Gene" (and arguably a few other tracks)..

The most obvious example of that melancholy being "Battery in Your Leg" alluding to the dissolution of the band.

One of my more favorite albums of all time

  • @vonpiro one of the best albums, period

  • @vonpiro is tti fuck ..not a chance! 22 ppl are fuckin pissin in the wind....

  • AmAzing Damon Albarn rocks

  • This album took a bit to grow on me, but now it's one of my favorites. And this track is tops!
