The difference between T.I. and other rappers is that T.I. is very intellegent. The way he speaks is incredible. He moves people when he talks. I know he has that ATL accent, but he can't help that. But if he didn't have that accent, he would be one of the best speakers out there. And when he talks you can feel and tell that it's coming from his heart and he means his words.
