Great Video to a great Song. It remembers me of my own trip to Ireland 2007. Mostly the first picture, the Rock of Cashel. Beautiful! I was there in Dublin, Glendalough, Cashel, Killearney, Cahersiveen, Valentia Island, Bunratty, the Burren, Cliffs of Moher, Dunguire Castle, Ballycarbery Castle, Galway, Glonmacnoise and Tara.

Actually, you're right. It's latin, and his litteral meaning is "To Victory" or "For Victory" in the sense of an "Ode to Victory". Knowing that, you can clearly see the connection to the album title and the last song of the album, Victory Song. Awesome peace of music.
