  • Thank you very much! It took a few tries to get the hang of, but your tips are very helpful and made it really easy to improve.

  • Claire, Thank you so much for this tutorial! I have been struggling to figure out how to use my hemming foot. For the longest, I've done everything in my power to avoid having to finish my chiffon hems....I went as far as nixing a design because I didn't understand the technique. I just sewed up a rounded scrap of silk chiffon and it sewed like a dream, thanks to you!

  • Thanks so much, this is really helpful (& hard to come by) information. Info on how to handle corners would be excellent (I'm making napkins) too.

  • Thank you for the instructions, is this foot no. 69 or 64. Thank you :)

  • Excellent tutorial, thanks!

  • Brilliant instructions, thank you! But how can I use my hemmer foot to do nice corners? I want to sew my nan and grandad a handkerchief each, using my hemmer foot on fine cotton, but I can't work out what to do once I get to the corners????? PLEASE HELP ME :)

  • This is very helpful! I tried it without a tutorial first, then a photo tutorial, but I couldn't quite get my hem right. The video helped a lot!

  • Great tutorial - I was wondering about the number on that foot - I couldn't see it clearly. Bernina have quite a few feet suitable for rolled hems - just wondering what one you used? Thanks!

  • Thanks! This was so helpful. Thank you for being so thorough as well.

  • Thank you so much! I have a Brother, but this will help just the same.

  • Thank you, Thank you! Very detailed and thorough instruction!

  • Thanks for the great tips!

  • Great instuction! Thanks!

  • This is great! I was so afraid of using the rolled hem foot, but this makes it make sense!

  • cool, i finally know how to use that foot. Ive been doing it manually all this time.

  • It's so easy! I couldn't get a decent rolled hem from the foot. In fact, I couldn't even get a stitch out without screwing up. Now I'm going back, armed with this awesome knowledge of the rolled hem foot.

I ran my bobbin out 4 inches from the end of a very visible topstitch yesterday. Now it just looks tacky.

  • Excellent video! Please do more Bernina foot videos!

  • thanks for this.had a foot and didnt know how to use it
