the "DRUG" he did was methamphetamine and it wasnt an overdose (his face would have been more sucked-up as he would have been smoking a crap load) meth is cooked with a whole bunch of nasties (drain cleaner, ether, horse pills, blah blah blah) he had bought a bad dose (hence the scratching of the arms and the tempertantrum) and the chemicals fried his brain and killed him. thats the truth of meth ive seen it first hand with my ex-roomate luckely my friend didnt die but he will never be the same

@Shadowdrak5 Could be, but... my interpretation was that the theme of the song was what was going through his head that led him to take drugs; maybe it was intentional, maybe not. Which isn't what the song made me think when I first heard it. I thought the idea was that a guy takes the cowardly way out and leaves his gf for some fling, claiming 'she deserves better.' The videos shows differently, more like he cheated and coudln't forgive himself, so he turned to drugs :).
