@MrMcoleman28 Cheers mate! Do you mean exercises that will strengthen your legs so that it means you can cycle for longer? Well obviously cycling, as well as increasing fitness level, will help to tone your legs, but you can do exercises off the bike such as squats and lunges that will strengthen the legs and compliment what you are doing with the cycling! :)
hey dan i've been doing 160-180 sit ups a day and so far, i have no progress. do sit ups help to get me abs?
