How do you get the mx.exe file. It is not there on mine. PLEASE HELP!

Can you explain what all these files and folders are lol, everytime i add a skin its all blurry, how do you add more models and stuff ??

@Naxxy28 you have a folder with mx.exe in it, place ALL files there, and if the skins are blurry, you have too low graphics.
