it's getting ridiculous. i'd say the first two films were pretty accurate, the third wasn't so bad, but after GoF they started cutting too much out. i mean, obviously they can't fit the entire book into two and a bit hours, but like nat says, they cut out the most crucial parts because they claim there's not enough time, yet they add it pointless scenes that weren't in the book to begin with. and, if remus and tonks are together in HBP, why is her hair still brown?!

The part when Tonks called Lupin "sweetheart" didn't really make sense in the middle of the 6th movie.....because they weren't, like......until the end.......They should have kept Bill getting attacked by Fenrir so then Tonks could have yelled at Lupin in the hospital wing. And they were in one scene! ONE!

omg, i hate when people say the books are better. obviously they are, but they only have about 2 hours to put as much information into the movies as they can. they cant get it perfect..

okay well they don't need to keep EVERYTHING! but they should put in some important parts and take out some parts that arent necessary. and like the 5th movie... when they made it so that Cho was the one to rat out the order of the phoenix... they can't get it perfect... you're right... but they can do better. all their other movies were better than the 5th and that one was short so they had the space. they just didnt use it.

There was no Cedrics funeral in the movie. That was Dumbledores End of Term speech which WAS in the book.

But cutting Dumbledores Funeral is pure nonsense. It's the perfect Ending for any Movie, and a lot of things are decided in that Scene, that lead to Deathly Hallows. Plus you gotta see Dumbledores Tomb for the Story about the Elder Wand. I'm so mad at WB right now.

Sounds like WB is cheapin' out... now I could be wrong but HBP is about the size of the first two books, which were covered quite well (most to all very important scenes were there), but the funeral signifies alot in The Harry Potter series, Dumbledore was the last bastion and hope of defense from Voldemort to many people.
