  • 1. Compared to bottled water, filtration is better in many ways. No plastic bottles produced. No water to produce the actual product.

Also, how does this guy get paid millions of dollars per year? This guy reminds me of my high school english teacher. He's not an exterordinary public speaker or his persuasive skills in his speach is average. Oh well he must be a good theif.

  • Tap water is disgusting and TERRIBLE for you.

They're trying to hit up both now, some companies use real spring water filtered.

Learn and educate yourself, DO NOT DRINK TAP WATER, find proper companies.

Jesus, google whats in tap water....

  • lol if the same product comes from the tap and is tested 299 times more a month then water bottling company's, why pay for it?

  • Let him re-do the speech without his bullshit spewing notes.

  • Here's what ufukkurt11 sent me when I said I'd make sure to buy the products he claimed are produced by companies owned by Jews: "and

i will be making sure to tell millions of people to hate jews for what they are doing?". Firstly, who the fuck do you think listens to you? Secondly, see firstly.

  • boycott nesttle they are jews they send money to Israel to terrorist Israeli people to kill children

  • Stop buying water. Problem solved.

  • Respond to this video... boycott nesttle they are jews they send money to Israel to terrorist Israeli people to kill children

  • he is correct.. current system is costly and also an environmental headache..

recycling rate is too low..they need to invest in compostable bottles or bottles

that breakdown or disintergrate once the liquid is out of the bottle and not be

    an environmental pollutant

  • this corporate egghead is full of nothing. bla bla bla

  • Natalie Zmuda (the host) is brilliant. Nestle and the rest of them should cash in on the scam asap before the people demand justice.

  • (continued) Billions of bottles of water are sold in the United States each year. Some one is going to fill that demand as long as it's there. And creating so much garbage is relatively harmful, yes, but the landfills full of plastic bottles are not exclusively from bottled water.

  • Hey, that's my uncle! I can't believe my uncle's on YouTube. This must truly be a step toward electronic democracy when even a humble CEO of a profitable manufacturing and distribution company gets his words broadcast by a user.

As for the issue: My dad worked in recycling for 18 years, and has been working at Nestle since US steel went down. Yes, there are viable alternative solutions to bottling water, but in order to live people need to work.

  • (continued) The recycling issue is a red herring - the 3 R's are REDUCE, RE-USE and then RECYCLE. Recycling is highly energy-intense, highly polluting operation and is rarely necessary. If bottled water was only consumed "on the go" when using one's normal filtration, fill-your-own-bottle system is impracticle, consumption of such products would plummett over 90%. Can't have that at Nestle - gotta make profit, planet be damned!

  • oh my god ! you mean to tell me that big corporations don't actually care for our well-being ? oh no , say it ain't so !! ...LOL....no shit, they rather ''grab the buck & run'' everyday over caring for ANYTHING but their profits.

isn't the way banks behaved any indication of how much corporations REALLY care for anyone ? wake up people....

  • The real problem with buying and drinking water from plastic containers is that it is an inherently wasteful way of consuming water. Municipalities already use electricity to pump water to homes and buildings. This water can EASILY be filtered at the destination and transported in RE-USABLE polycarbonate (non-leaching) containers. This is beneficial in 3 ways:

1 - no wasteful packaging required

2 - no fuel required to ship water to user

3 - costs a fraction of cost of bottled water

  • The fault lies with the consumer, who can either recycle or not. Some media outlets are just looking for a reason to stir the pot.
