im guessing he got a shot of him about to jump off the roof, then got a shot of the area w/out him in it where from there he used keyframing with that light and moved it across the sky. then had a shot of him jumping up and down, but cut it so he was just on his way down. and then attached all the shots to make one. i have premiere this is the way id do it
