  • ITORI is breathe taking.

  • the snake that you show us right after the Indian/Common Cobra (if I have the species right)- is that a King or a Forest Cobra?

  • @97lamborghini THe King is next to the forest.

  • @viperkeeper ok. thanks!

  • Why don't you keep other snakes? and Do you like pythons and Boas?

  • @xcxdxd82 Because I don't want to.

  • Black Beast must really love shooting shit everywhere. How would you clean up the heat panel without ruining it?

  • @DeathMetal4Ever1 Wet cloth.

  • Mind if I ask what you majored in to get to where you are now? Or did you just kind of fall into it like some other people.

  • @2694jbb Zoology

  • Amazing rhino's at the start Mr. Coritz =P Your male really seems to react to your presence in an excited way in the video's you have of him, is this out of 'excitement' for food or just showing that he is attentive? They still are my all time favourite venemous snake, when it comes to colouration and pattern! Just a question for you, is the relatively new Venom Defender glove that different from the Midwests? People must be very convinced(crazy) of it being 'fang proof' letting them get bitten

  • @TheSauropsidian I don't trust any glove as primary defence against bites. No substiute for good handling skills.

  • @TheSauropsidian No one really knows.

  • what kind of snake is atori ? (idk how u spell it ) i like her nose lol are there any non-venomous snakes that have her features ? what is that on her nose ? is it just there or does it do something that other snakes dont have ?

  • @hellobeautymeow Itori is a Rhino Viper or River Jack (Bitis nasicornis)

  • Loved this video Al, Rhino Vipers are my second favorite only to the Ethiopian Mountain Vipers and below them are the Naja great stuff as usual man. You have a true passion for the animals and it shows.

  • what type of gloves were you using? can you tell me

  • @seanacker21 Made by Mid-West Tongs. They are bite resistant, NOT bite proof. I only use them with young snakes or elapids with short fangs.

  • Awesome video! Even cooler Monty Python shirt! Going to scour the interweb for it now! Keep up the fantastic work! You're a true hero to the hobby!

  • Smart snake - he probably knows this: Give Mr. Brown a mouse and you feed him for a day. Give him a forceps and he can feed himself for a lifetime.

  • @ralfmuschall LOL!!

  • i think rhino vipers would make great pets if they weren't venomous.

  • That was great! Amazing animals :-) BTW, have you decided on this year's calendar? I don't believe I've missed any vids...did you make the decision, yay or nay?

  • After 1:30 I was seriously beginning to expect an attack from ituri. She looked looked like she wanted to eat the camera o.O

  • I love Mr. Brown and his psychotic tendencies. :)

  • I know that you like to work solo but I have to say if you had a camera man and do what you do in front of the camera, you would have potential of getting the attention of tv people. With the experience that you have and the knowledge you pocess you really should have your own show and not just on YouTube. I personally enjoy your videos but want to see more and with you always behind the camera it takes away from the video. This is coming from a guy who knows nothing about tv or what you do.

  • What species is "The Black Beast"? @Viperkeeper

  • @NickBenger Black Necked Spitting Cobra (Naja nigricollis)

  • About 18 minutes in which appears to be a juvenile King Cobra, is this a venomoid rescue? You seem incredibly comfortable with it in a situation where it could have VERY easily ruined your day. For as young as it appears, is it just very laid back or a venomoid rescue? I've just never seen you down on your knees with a very potentially deadly serpent. Not judging how you interact with your animals by any means. I just havent seen you so exposed working with something so hot other than Mr Green.

  • @BCRaven70 I don't keep work with Venomoids. He's a CBB09 King, fully function, very intelligent, that I have since his birth. He is not serious about biting me, that may change, for now he's a spoiled brat.

  • Al, where did you get the cage that the E-bee (Eastern Brown) is in? It looks fantastic...plastic sides, vented wire covering for lights, and sliding glass front. Do tell.

  • @seanm205 Made by Vision cages

  • That baby brown is one of the scariest snakes I have ever seen. The 2 most dangerous snakes in my opinion are tames ones because you let you gaurd down too easy I call it the chainsaw theory. You forget the power of the saw and get used to using it and you stop to wipe sweat from your forehead and chop your leg at the same time. The other most dangerous is the little ones. Wiggly and sneaky and hard to keep an eye on. Otherwise your dead.

  • Who is huffing and puffing around 15:25?

  • @ludwigtr My adult male Puff Adder, who else carries on like that non-stop.

  • @viperkeeper Will you visit it anytime soon and let it show off in close-up (as close-up as you can get without getting the camera whacked into oblivion that is)?

  • @ludwigtr Got plenty of video of that psyco snake. Killed a beautiful female I put him in with to breed. Nasty peice of work, even for Puffies.

  • my eastern browns a puppy dogs your brown is just crazy once he gets more size on him he should chill out maybe lol

  • @viperkeeper Would you be interested in getting any?

  • @NashvilleHerpetology Not really.

  • Beautiful.

  • Yay! Mr. Brown!

  • Do you have any Naja Nubiae? Have you ever kept any?

  • @NashvilleHerpetology No & No..

  • Whoa! Mr. Brown about gave me a heart attack. LOL

  • This was a great video! You got some amazing close-up shots and it was interesting to see some of the snakes that haven't been shown as much in your previous videos. Some of these snakes are really fast!

What are the horns for on Aturi's nose? She has beautiful scales around her nose and head. I never noticed before that all her scales are sort of spade-shaped.

  • @IAMGiftbearer They are scales. Nobody knows why they have them, just do.

  • WOW. I would probably pissed myself if a cobra was that close to me.

  • What kind of cobra is Mr. Black Beast?

  • @comicbookgirl4 Black Necked Spitting Cobra (Naja nigricollis)

  • Was that your wife filming when you were messing with the brown snake? And does she often help film your adventures? Amazing video as always!

  • @Sakura69ABC Yes & When she's available.

  • i wanna thank you because i learned alot of youre vids thank you.

    greetings from the netherlands

  • I love ituri

  • Avid (Pinnacle) Studio 15...not really happy with the support.

  • What editing software do you use? Thanks

  • Is that 60 hertz cycle flashing in Mr. Brown's slow mo?

  • @relzric Yes

  • @viperkeeper Sweet

  • I love the black beast! But how the hell does he poop on the ceiling of his cage? Mr. Brown is always entertaining!

  • Al please please upload 1 or 2 vids a day... I check my inbox everyday hoping for a new viper keeper video.

  • you are my role model! do you know of any good venomous animal dealers? do you sell any of them?

  • @reptilfanatic I don't give endorsments I have no idea who you are, how old you are.etc... Therefore I make no comments.

  • @viperkeeper

reptilfanatic is a little kid who lives in a city where venomous snakes are prohibited. He's been posting all over the internet such as Fauna looking for someone to sell him one. He doesn't currently own any hots. He likes to lie.

  • @gateway45320 Yes, that's what I figured....Thanks for the info...

  • you are very inspirational. i would like to be like you when i get older. i have a sunset monecled cobra. do you know of any good breeders of rhinghals cobras? how much would it cost for one and all its supplies? would a rhino viper be better? i only have 1 hot and a couple other herps. please replie

  • hey how do you like the glass vision cages

  • That one you said that his jaws are not made for mice. Is that the one in one of your older videos that you gave a chick to and he spread the blood/guts all over the back of his cage? I just fed my brazillian rainbow boa yesterday and boy, thank god she isn't venomous!

  • Hey al how do you know when it's safe to use the glove? I have heard you before that some snakes can actually puncture the glove.

  • @markblemings I only use is owith snakes with very very short fangs.

  • Snakes freaks me out, yet so cool to watch x)

  • Cobra: Hmm that weird snake is pretty good!

  • do use a try pod or some kind of extender or tri-pod when getting close to the snakes face. i figure it might be a little safer

  • Yay Mr.Brown and Mr. Naja!

  • another great vid! love the black beast, such a beautiful snake. mr. brown a joy to watch as always.

  • Mr. Brown is awesome. He strikes me as being all speed and little brains, lol. Though, I am admittedly not brave enough, to tell him that to his face, lol. I always look forward to seeing him.

  • love the black beast such a perfect snake

  • Stunning critter Al. Keep your distance dude !!!!!

  • man that lil cobra got close towards the end there didnt he

  • hah i loved mr.browns overshoot

  • Awesome vid! what sort of cage is the common brown in i would love to get my hands on some.

  • @snarfz1984 Vision cage

  • On a less serious note - Ituri's chin markings are gorgeous. Thanks for the close-up.

  • Is Aturi the snake you got from a family that couldnt keep her anymore?

  • @Firebuff No, Ituri is not, she's WC

  • Hey Al, Great Footage, thanks again, i really like the new aspect with somebody manning the camera while you work with the toxic worms. Thanks again for the Video!!

  • Awesome "Slow-Mo's"!! Loved the video as I always do.

  • Is there a way you could know if your snakes inject venom to their preys?

  • @Frank332666 Yes, many times I see it on their fur.

  • I think you put your life more in danger holding the camera instead of dealing with the snakes with two hands... a real THANK YOU :)

  • yaaaaay! Mrs. Viperkeeper!

  • where can I get those caution stickers that you have on your cages?

  • @deanfamily06 I make them with a "Bother P-Touch"

  • Ituri has some serious girth!

  • u have some balls to do that with the forest cobra at 18:30. i wouldnt do that

  • How´s the pucker factor now ?

  • i am going to buy u a pair of armor flex gloves for x-mas lol

  • Does it not worry you when they bite the forceps? I'm always paranoid when my snakes get the forceps in case they damage there teeth

  • @RagsUnderAmysBed They replace teeth like I change my socks, on a regular basis.

  • @viperkeeper Yea i know they replace there teeth all the time, its just I had a friend who owned a Common boa, the boa bit his forceps and riped out some teeth, the boa died after 12 moths because it never ate again (atleast thats what i'v been told by the said owner) but sill i always get paranoid when it happens.and i try to avoid it at all times.

  • Great Mixed Bag! Ituri certainly has become the chunk. Just a curious question, but does the little Brown snake eat as aggressively as Mr. Brown?

  • @TheTemest Yes, but more sporatically.

  • AGain, an amazing vid of an aazing set of animals

  • One thing i've always wondered is, why do snake keepers either exclusively keep venomous snakes or non venomous snakes? There's aboslutely amazing animals in both groups.

  • @G33KSPALACEdotCOM that's not true, i know many people that keep both types.

  • Mr. Sniffs i like it^^

  • Great episode !

i look forward to these video's every week !

Thanks for the awesome footage u keep providing us with !!!

your living my dream :) to bad i live in belgium where venomous snakes are ilegal to keep :'(

  • I don't think I'd be waving a mouse around with a cobra so close to my balls.
