Cute video! Although actually the Sixth Doctor got the chameleon circuit to function for a short time in "Attack of the Cybermen" (1985, I think). It didn't work very well, changing into a dresser and a pipe organ rather than anything that would blend in, but he DID get it to work!

Funny thing is, they went to Logopolis to fix the Chameleon Circuit... but then the Master came around and murderlized everyone there (unintentionally), nearly destroyed the universe (did you know the Logopolitians created the Void to maintain the universe?), and caused the 4th Doctor to regenerate into the 5th.... it was an interesting episode (Logopolis).
