yes because if you would read my comment that i posted i said that i can toss a 7 now this was videoed my 9th grade year and i have graduated now! by the end of marching season my junior year i was able to toss a 7!!! and i had a solo my senior year during winter guard tossing a 7! and we won every competition! so yes i know this video is not of a 7! but read the past comments before you look dumb!
Well one thing is you make it look like it is soo heavy for you! Try breathing into your toss a little more, then you can get about a 5 or 6, instead of a three spin.

yeah that was 3 years ago i sucked and now i can toss an 8 when i practice 7 normal but thanks for the advice
