I think most people are aware of tangible sequencers (the keyboard was sold as a toy for awhile), just as they are about how magicians saw a girl in half or make a tiger float above the stage. It doesn't take a great brain to know these things (to be honest, it only makes you look silly), however, one can still be entertained by how well the performer makes the illusion look real, which does take practice and skill.
who cares if its fake or not? It entertains people and makes them smile.
in the end, it's what counts.

i bet you can't juggle on the ground like that though. the music just adds fun to the act.

You've got a bet. ANY half-way decent juggler can bounce juggle. Go to "Juggle Boy" on YouTube and see that it's so easy even a child can do it.

Menendez's act is a sham. The keyboard is simply programmed to play the next note no matter WHERE it is struck. This act was debunked long ago.
