Teachers, college professors included, are not allowed to have sex of any kind with any student, regardless of age, gender, or whatever. It allows for a teacher's bias which can heavily impact the student's grades and future, giving him/her an unfair advantage.

@TIMOTHYSAARINEN 18 is just an arbitrary number that the government has selected as "the age of consent" because that's the age at which you are eligible for the draft. Most people mature sexually before that age. And besides teachers are people to (meaning they like to fuck like everyone else). The problem here obviously isn't abuse, every 17 year old boy i know would fuck that teacher in a heartbeat.

Adults, especially teachers, should not be having sex with children, and anyone under 18 is a child. Adults, especially men who find teen girls sexually attractive are pretty normal. However, these adult men need to keep their hands and dicks away from them. Just because a boy may love having sex with a woman, does not make it OK. It's wrong, and it's a crime, just as it should be.
These guys have better comedic instincts than Jon Stewart, who basically ripped off Conan O'Brien with his self-effacing, nervous laughter style of humor.
