Beautiful. At the end is a quote in Persian from Bahá'u'lláh that says: "The first utterance of Him Who is the All-Wise is this: O children of dust! Turn your faces from the darkness of estrangement to the effulgent light of the daystar of unity."
the first wonderful thing happened in my life is when i was borne a Bahai..
Thank you as well to my parents they've discovered and accepted the Faith as early as they can...the greates inheritance of my parents....Being a Bahai and doing for the Faith..that makes life full of joy and springs...:-)
"There can be no doubt whatever that the peoples of the world, of whatever race or religion, derive their inspiration from one heavenly Source, and are the subjects of one God."
"O people! Consort with the followers of all religions in a spirit of friendliness and fellowship."
"Cleave unto that which draweth you together and uniteth you."
"So powerful is the light of unity that it can illuminate the whole earth."
Beautiful video! it looks like it was done the Wilmette House of Worship....just a guess haha. I'm an Iranian Baha'i living in OK. Keep up the great work! Allah-u-Abha! = )
well, its an improvement on most other religions but honestly, why the hell even bother. Why can't you just take some of the moral teachings and move on, why label yourself and carry all the dogma by your side. In the end, the fight for truth, peace, and freedom will be fought by the non religious. Seriously COME ON!
It is most important for us human beings not to erroneously mistake our perceptions as Thee Truth. The Truth is far from the reach of the combative souls who, have taken a stance of disbelieve and suspicion (prejudicial and non-investigative.) You yourself have come to the belief you profess to have through hearsay - for your faith has not been tested the way our forefathers Faiths were tested when His Holiness Jesus Christ was made Manifest.
You were born and you were taught and thus you believe what you believe. In other words, if you were born in a Jewish family, you would have been a Jew and a non-believer in His Holiness Christ. Or, likewise had you been born in a Muslim family, you would be a Muslim and surely you would have refrained from addressing His Holiness Muhammads Cause in any way that is contrary to that of respect and reverence.
I was born in a Bahái family. I am a Bahai. Nevertheless unlike the way that the followers of other schools of thoughts form an allegiance to a Faith, which is through being born into a family of the same Faith, at the behest of Bahaullah (Glory of God) I am instructed to investigate the Truth on my own. So I did and that is how I became a Bahai.
DearGenc85 2 ways of approaching an Idea. 1 to investigate It by fair-mindedness & a Truth seeking vision -2 in the spirit of confrontation which it inherently requires prejudice &an already taken stance of opposition &hostility. Engaging in such conversation is fruitless &in fact such approach is the fuel by which the whole earth is burning.Consider the pattern of the former religion not accepting the latter. I.e. Jewish Faith not accepting Christianity &Christianity not accepting Islam.
See how easy it would be for a Christian to argue about the Truth of Islam the same way you confront the Bahai Faith. He could easily use the verse that says: no one can go to Father except through Christ to refute the Station of Muhammad (Baha'is do believe in Muhammad)!
The answer could be attained if you investigate the Concept of Progressive Revelation Bahais believe that God is the unknowable Essence and Bahaullah is a Manifestation of God. Only in spirit of finding the Truth, Id be happy to carry a conversation with you. I am instructed in the Bahai teachings not to engage in confrontational arguments. Thanks
In my view the True measure is what the Singular Truth (Light=Religion) prescribes (like the light of the One Sun for the Sunflowers) and the perceptions of the masses of people are null when measured against the precepts set forth by the One Truth.
Consider a field filled with Sunflowers, how unified they are in turning toward One Sun? Likewise if one attains the true meaning of the concepts of Oneness of God, Oneness of Religion and Oneness of humanity, one would surely see that all divisions are man made and certainly not prescribed nor intended by God and His Messengers.

Independent Investigation of Truth is what brought me to the Baha'i Faith.
All the prophets Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Krishna, Zoroaster, Mohammed(pbuh), Bab and Baha'u'llah have said the same message from God.
It would be nice to have an english comment in the video as well.
mveejay 3 years ago
Very good. English is the international language. So, you should begin your video with an English-speaking person. Then follow up with the others.
