In order to achieve world peace you have to enslave the mind with money, sex, and religion. Yes, this song is far more proletarian than the cheapened nationalistic version would show. But even still I must ask the question: who is the "we"? What I mean is, some of the lyrics are reminiscent of Manifest Destiny. To American Indian ears, the constant assertion of "our" ownership of the land may sound inflammatory.

b) expand those freedoms and rights to all equally.
