Dan's such a lovely guy. Have met him 4 times as he's played at The Diamond Rock Club in Ahoghill, Northern Ireland. Last time he was over with his full band. He does refuse to play this song now which is a pity!!
I met the band in Manchester on their SLAM tour after a gig. Dan had just played an hour and half set and was still jumping round like a kid! Think he's a bit more mellow these days though! Just got tickets again for Manchester in November. Can't wait.
I´ve seen them live in Cologne/Germany 1989. They supported Bon Jovi on their NEW JERSEY World Tour and I must say, they were just great. Dan Reed and the band really did know to rock the house...I literally still see Dan jumping all over the stage and perform as if there were no tomorrow. Needles to say, that I had to get the current album " Slam " immediately. That´s what good music is about...you always remember it.
I saw Bon Jovi at Wembley arena 2nd January 1990. The Dan Reed Network put on a good performance as the support act and I was really impressed with them but to say they made Bon Jovi look poor is utterly ridiculous. Bon Jovi were awesome and made the gulf in class very apparent for all to see. But fair play to Dan Reed its been 18 1/2 years and I still remember them playing well that night!
So good to see that some people out there still care about a band that really tried to make something different.Singer Dan has been out there doin´good purposes for humanity,but now should be indeed a good moment for a slammin´comeback!

Dan reed actually gave me two tickets to see Bon Jovi. I said thanks and we all went out on the town and got wasted in Chicago during the SLAM tour.
We were in a cell for 24 hours and played cards and ate cockroaches....
No not really, but I thought i would have to say it really...!!
