Only thing glaringly missing is the interactive wind flattening the grass. Environment has to be affected in this case so looks phony.

The model is good, but there's something wrong with the animation.

IMO there's too few mblur, and the helicopter should bend forward before moving.

But quite good nonetheless.

no shadow from the moving rotors .....

if u have used after effects try copying the layer and mirror it on the horizontal.. then turn on shadow, use the "shadow only "option and place it.. with very smooth angles under the helicopter and tadaa ur doen ;)

Just track it with boujou, if you are to lazy to model a heli just go to turbosquid, animate the rotors, render, and there you go.

See if you cant add some dust movement on the ground when the rotor rotates faster. I would use fractal noise and animate it with a mask. Great test.
