  • girl be careful with those precious edges

  • @EmptyyaPockets I know. I rarely wear ponytails although they used to be my favorite hairstyle. My edges are so thin. I might put a hurting on em when I braid my hair though because I don't like to wear my braids down and I genuinely feel more attractive with my hair up.

  • try not to use gel in your hair....the more moisturised ur hair is the easier it would be to tie back...try using natural oils like ginseng or carrot oil in ur hair :)

  • @lilchez so sorry for taking so long to respond. but it seems you have fine hair. you will really be able to tell if you ever blow it out or straighten it.

  • Hi Lilchez1 you and I have similar hair and I've noticed that in your videos you are combing your hair roughly when it is dry. Just a suggestion... I have a much easier time with my hair when I work with it WET. My hair is growing back where it became bald from over use of wigs and braids that pulled on my natural hair underneath. A spay bottle full of water and a little olive oil may become your hair's best friend! PKizzm

  • @PrincessKizziemae It is much easier to work with when wet and moisturized. When it starts to dry it is big trouble. lol. I am actually on ebay right now buying a denman brush.

  • YAY!!!

  • Hey, Sistah! One of My daughter's has hair similar to yours. It has thick strands, but thin spacing. I watched your video where you were feeling kind of self conscious about your growth. I often feel sad when I look at my baby's hair because when stretched it only seems to reach her shoulders. She has been natural for all of her 6 short years. She has VERY tight coils. Fully stretched it is mid back. Your growth is GREAT! Oh, yeah ~ Women CAN have (male) pattern baldness. Be Blessed!

  • @Zaharam2 Can't wait till my hair is mid back. I don't wanna wait 6 years for it. I may aim for 3 since the top is still short. I have been having some progress with Megatek for my male pattern baldness. Lol. Thanks.

  • @lilchez1 I'm only telling you this because I am a Nurse and know a little about pattern baldness. Go see a dermatologist and ask them about if Rogaine would be an appropriate therapy for you. If you don['t want to ask a dermatologist and decide to try it PLEASE make sure that you get the formula for WOMEN. There is a difference in the prescription for men and women. Trust me, in this case, the dose is smaller for a reason. Be Blessed!

  • be careful on how your combing your hair. you will cause unnecessary damage, especially with thin hair. be gentle, and this should help with retaining length

  • @iluvnyc07 Thank you for your insight. Had a question. Is my hair thin or thick. People that touch it and see it up close think it is really thick. I think it is thick/nappy too but then I also think it is thin. What do you think?
