Civils are still around. go to a health/ammo box take out your melee weapon taunt at the box, instantly when the box opens, change to a different type of melee weapon. this is really easy with medic.

. You could use to type in "join_class civilian", but it was patched. But this still can be done by holding down mouse 2, spinning your minigun, pressing M and equip Natascha, (dont stop spinning yet), and walk over to a supply cabinet (STILL spinning) and get Natascha. Then taunt, to break the animation. and your done. you can look at yourself by typing in "thirdperson" in the console, without the quotes.

all u do for civillian heavy is spin ur minigun then press what ever button to go to character screen and change minigun to other minigun and then go to the resuply locker and quickly change to melee.u have to keep spining ur mini gun for this to work

i love this glitch. and its called civilian heavy because he's unarmed. the way you do it is to go into character info and setup, then switch to the minigun you don't already have out. rev up your minigun and walk towards the hp cabinet and then taunt as soon as the new minigun comes up.

EVERYONE LISTEN THERES A NEW HEAVY CIVILIAN IN TOWN!

All you need to do is equip natasha press m and select sasha, spin natasha up and while you keep her spining, walk to the supply cabinet and when the doors open up, natasha will be replaced by sasha, and when it does, TAUBT IMMEDIATELY! Congrats! Dont select your main weapon again. You can punch both ways, fire a shotgun and also eat a sandwich.

In spawn, equip natasha or sasha. Then, while spinning the minigun, go into the console and type "equip 6 0 0" (N) or "equip 6 0 8" (S) and when you press enter, stop holding the button to spin the minigun.

Now, without doing anything else, taunt with the now equipped gun. You should now be a civ heavy.

one cannot do this anymore. this was called Civilian Heavy, it was done by choosing heavy at spawn then (while remaining in spawn) spinning the minnigun pressing comma then 5 then pressing q and quickswitching to the fists. it doesnt work anymore its been patched i believe.

This is NOT a glitch. It's an easter egg. In the original TF there was a civilian class. It was originally inteded for TF2, but was taken out in the end, but the code still exists, and can be accessed still, although Valve keeps trying to patch it...
