Would it be possible to play a song like this, or a "classical" tune to its full potential with an acoustic guitar? It's what my folks bought me, and there's no way I could afford a classical guitar for a few years...

@d3jake @d3jake Actually, I think this was originally arranged with the intent of being played on a steel string. In fact, the CD that came with the book that I got this arrangement from contains a performance of this piece on a steel string guitar. I think the only reason that I chose to play this on a classical is because it was the only one I had available to me at the time. So yeah, I wouldn't worry too much about the type of guitar you've got. [continued in next post]

LOL, thanks for the continued warnings, I appreciate them.

I had a problem with this recording, because I really wanted to record the video in front of the waterfall, but the running water was overpowering the guitar. So what I did was I found a bench about 30 feet away from the waterfall and recorded my audio, and then I went back to the waterfall and "lip-synched" to my recording while I played it back on my laptop. I still had to apply a little bit of noise removal, but overall it worked
