@noahunlesh if u format the memory stick, all your data on the memory stick will be deleted, the firmware itself is saved onto the psp itself, so formatting the memory stick won't revert the firmware

@HatOCat1 i would go to some gaming site and ask the people if they know how to downgrade a psp. i have no idea how to do it, and don't try to do so without help because you might break your psp.

at this time... i'm not sure this still works. i do know that this does not work for downgrading. so don't try to downgrade. but if you are trying to update, then it might work still, i'm not sure.

some times the link doesnt work. but this isnt to downgrade its for upgrading. soo. yeah if ur trying to downgrade dont bother and for an upgrade it'll work for most emulations but if that's not your purpose just upgrade all the way to 6.10

so the FW shouldnt be a problme
