In practice, this means that the US considers any US citizen with dual citizenship a US citizen, and does not recognize the other citizenship. Yes, PoliticalSkeptic, & Obama is not a natural born citizen even if he was born in the US. Probably the average anti-birther is not "in the tank for Obama," but instead just lacks info about the issue & just assumes it's about citizenship at birth, but it is not. On the other hand, the Obama people know very well what it's about & have been using many tricks not to address the matter on the merits -- their latest is to make it an issue of birthplace.

Research case law as to how the courts view your argument, and you may discover how much in error you are. Albeit pay close attention to Keyes, at al v. Obama, et al (Federal District, CA, Case No. SACV09-00082) which has survived a number of attacks by the Obama Admin, and is about to be heard on the merits. Yet don't be mislead, this case will likely end up in defeat like others.

How can someone be born in the usa and not be a natural born citizen. Please explain this because right now that just makes no sense at all. Natural born citizen means your mother pushed you out between her legs on USA soil. The only logical way i can think of him not being natural born is if he was born through a C Section. So explain this.
