Microsoft, for ALL THAT IS GOOD, UPDATE THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. this could easily kill the iPod if it actually had more games and a better browser.

hey, I have an archos and I want to switch to either a zune hd, or an ipod touch, for the zune if i have 400 some songs, on my archos can i just move them to the zune music software and then put it on the zune without buying all those songs?

@BlueBloodElite No you cannot. You must use the Zune software. It's pretty easy to use, and there are plenty of tutorials on the net showing you how to use it.

im a music guy but since i saw the new ipod touch which one shouldi go for , will be useing internet and twitter, but not muchof a app guy since most of them are lite or sucks=) thanks - elvis

@john9347 i have had an ipod touch for like.. idk but since the 2nd generation came out. and i would say if you are a music person go to the Zune. Ipod Touch is good for music but they(Apple) dont focus on the music, they're more bout the App store and Safari and games. Zune may not focus on the apps as much at Ipod touch but the music just feel better.. Only drawback to having a Zune and not an Ipod Touch as a music player i would say is not having a speaker.

and plus Itouch cost wayy more.

@DylVelez Totally agree. The Zune HD is designed for music and videos. The quality is stunning. The OLED screen is literally viewable from any angle without any strange color changes or light loss!

@john9347 Zune would work for Internet and Twitter just fine. If you're REALLY into the music, go with the zune. If you really want the internet fully featured, go with the iPod Touch.

So you have to touch twice in two places just to skip/play/pause/change volume huh.

There's just terrible. Imagine if you just want to skip songs on the bus you have to take it out, maybe unlock it, press the side button, and tap. Can modern player just sticks to the basic? All touchscreen players suck. At least put a few more physical buttons in for the basic navigation tasks.

@0blivion112 It'll break, but it takes a hefty beating. I've dropped several times on a concrete floor that had very thin carpet over it. Dropped it once from 3 ft onto a hardwood desk, it put a rounded pyramid shaped dent on the desk... :)
