Marxism is not meant to be a political or economic system, it is the philosophy that describes the natural progression of civilization when people get fed up from being ass raped in the capitalist system. With that said, Russia under Lenin was very successful. Their economy boomed in the 30s while everyone else was in the Great Depression. Stalin took over however and sent the country into ruins. Greed destroys everything.

It used to be a dirty word in America because Socialism in Russia failed, and people hated Russia because of the propaganda US put out cause they where scare US wouldn't be all powerful. Rep.Steve Kings salary was 620,635 last year. Capitalism allows some people to have that, and some people to have none even though theyve worked hard their entire life. People who take advantage of the system are still allowed here. Im not a liberal, I have my own ideas, and dont want to be defined by was word.

@kk0bbe capitalism allows people to make what they can, spend what they want, and hire who they can afford. i can make as much as i damn well want to and hire others when i need to or not. i wouldn't be forced to buy anything for anyone else unless i wanted to. that should be my right as a biz owner and a citizen.
