  • My sister got a stereo when she was fourteen years old. I guarantee the thing weighed at least 200 pounds. It was a HUGE ffloor model, and played records and music, just like this

  • Andre Baruch !!! (the narrator).

  • Bass and treble controls, 6x9 paper cone speakers and VU meters!! I love the way they describe these as if they were new and unique rather than standard stuff for this kind of equipment. There's not even a hint that the music (or MUZAK) is actually coming from a machine like this. The 2 cabinet setup seems odd, to say the least; should one then get 2 more for playing records and another 2 for the radio? LOL!

  • @lrd9999 I guess my point about whether the music is coming from the machine is moot if it's a demo tape. Still the music doesn't seem designed to demonstrate the capabilities of an audio system, to whatever extent this had them.

PS: A couple of the cars I bought during the '90s came with demo tapes; they probably stayed in the glove box all the way to the junkyard. I should have saved them for laughs.

  • Is Enoch Light ... incandescent or fluorescent?

  • @broduke2000 . Totally incandescent, baby!

  • Why do I feel like I've been in an elevator after watching this?

  • @broduke2000

Hey, all those cuts are from the Command label's catalog. Ask Bob if he knows who Enoch Light is.

  • @bearfeedr Yeah, he has alot of Enoch Light junk.
