No way is this real. The 7th prestige emblem is the EXACT SAME as the CoD4 10th prestige, it just has a blue middle. The 10th prestige in the video, is the exact same as the level 40 no prestige bird but golden. The 6th prestige is the same as the 2nd prestige in WaW, and I highly doubt they would make the 4-6th prestiges ALL stars.
