your LB build is a little lame. Not saying it's bad, but she really doesn't need the survivability with Distortion and Mimic. My usual build is Mejais -> Sorc Boots -> Void Staff -> Rabadons -> Deathfire Grasp -> Banshee's Veil. You can kill tanks with it and survive a lot better than holding onto the two doran's rings. In Sion's AD-hyper carry case, maybe try an Hourglass.

early void staff just gets rid of most of their MR. It doesn't have to be situational, it still rips through MR like nothing. I always feel an enormous damage difference after buying one, especially as someone like LeBlanc

I'm not saying I personally buy them 100% of the time. As a team, you shouldn't be relying on mainly your support to buy the wards. In most games, if you harass and play smart enough, you should have 2~4 kills as LB before 15 minutes. At that time it REALLY doesn't hurt to buy two wards. If you're too stingy to even question buying wards, then don't waste Distortion and Mimic. Wards aren't necessary, but they're nice to have around.
