The second operator bothers me. Although she sounded better as the call progressed, I don't like how she kept talking over Melissa, not letting the poor woman say or vent much. Why?? Couldn't she have just been more respectful, knowing full well the dire situation Melissa was in and not suppress anything the poor woman wanted to say? The first operator with Kevin was better. The callers were already extremely uncomfortable, physically as well as mentally, in a horrific situation. Hurts to hear!

The second operator bothers me. Although she sounded better as the call progressed, I don't like how she kept talking over Melissa, not letting the poor woman say or vent much. Why?? Couldn't she have just been more respectful, knowing full well the dire situation Melissa was in and not suppress anything the poor woman wanted to say? The first operator with Kevin was better. The callers were already extremely uncomfortable, physically as well as mentally, in a horrific situation. Hurts to hear!
