pretty good. just dont stop working out after you hit your goal. thats what i always do and come back into it out of shape. my last goal was 325 and i did it and stopped for 3 weeks . now my goal is 400. id like to see me try and do that.lol ill never stop now!

Congrats Randy! Great progress. I think a good goal for your bench now would be to do 300 lbs for 4 reps.
