Only thing I don't agree with is about Ariel Helwani. Not his biggest fan, but during actual interviews, his business is to be a journalist, not to offer his opinion. I've seen him on MMA talk shows where he actually expresses his opinions, and he rarely talks shit about any of the fighters. But during interviews it's his business to ask questions and that's IT.

the reason chael sonnen said it was fake because in real fighting if the fight goes to the ground its gonna stay there unless the guy on bottom finds away to get up because theres no refs in a street fight unless your friends jump in and try to stop it, but if there were noone around it would be a fight to the death and the ufc is more close to that than pride.

Even if the younger fighters are better, they are still riding the wave for what the old schoolers started. They gave all these new fighters a chance to make it in a sport they love, luckily most fighters do respect them. From what Leben has said, it sounds like he doesn't respect Wandy less, but instead gained more respect for himself. True masters ascend by performing, not by descending everyone else.
