How is Barton a historian? He has no graduate degrees.

In a video shown at my child's school, David Barton claimed that abstinence sex-ed was 25 times more effective than comprehensive sex-ed. This is, of course, a lie. a DANGEROUS lie. All major medical and health institutions recommend comprehensive sex-ed. Barton should be stopped from endangering children with these and all his lies. Distorting history is just one of his sins.

Barton provides documented content from historical writings, which add meaning to founding documents. Check out his other materials to learn more. Unfortunately, because of the church and state argument, much has been deleted from textbooks. The bloggers below don't even know about it. Although Christianity did not found the US, it was certainly influenced by it. A fact I didn't believe until I began to read historical documents myself. Just look for yourself.

You know I live in Pennsylvania in one of the most conservative county.. Here is what happened when John Kerry ran against then President Bush.. John Kerry only won 12 counties out of 67 counties" Bush won 55"" John Kerry still won because of the city people close to Philly.. Obama won 18 counties out of 67 and also pulled off a win here in Pennsylvania Not good for the rest of us

@burmaposey I make several posts about David Barton because he is a dangerous conjurer. David Barton is a dominionist. Look up the word. Barton will lie and deceive to bring about the dominionist Christian nation. He lies about matters beyond history. If you want evidence, examine his comments in the "Religious Right on Dangers of Environmentalism" on youtube. He claims, for example, climate change is "bad science" based on "morbid fears". Barton needs to be exposed and shunned.

Barton wrote a long, fear mongering paper when Muslim Congressman Ellison won in Minnesota and provided 5 ways to counter him, including converting him to Christianity. Ellison had won with 55% of the vote, but won the last election with 70%. Perhaps Barton's fear-mongering is not working?
