What the heck, critisize the audio? Freaking idiot. This video is a classic. It reminds me why I am in sales. Most doofus salespeople are pretty close to this example and get pretty much the same responses. While sales is not nor never has been easy. It is much easier with competition like this. I don't think they will ever change and it motivates me and gives me the edge when I am interacting with a prospect.
How about a marketing tip for the company that chose this domain name? Don't use hypens in your domain name, as it looks tacky and unreliable.

There's some very subtle stuff in this clip. You need to watch it a few times to pick up everything that's in it.
I've seen lots of sales people do this and los ethe sale as a result.
