Pokemon Rumble Passwords

When you recruit a pokemon when in rank A ( i finished the game but accidently released it, therefore, making the password obsolete) And it's strength is suppressed down to 99, will the pokemon's strength increase as your rank increases?

Anyone else think that Nintendo just hates American gamers? The Japanese version allows you to recruit just about every pokemon in the game, including Dialga and Palkia, if I'm not mistaken. Why would they do that!?

No, these passwords work just fine. My only complaint is that these are the only passwords that work with the American version of the game. Japanese players can unlock nearly every other Pokemon in the game with a password.
