The reason there's no hype behind Bang is because he's pretty much pure cheese. Anyone can pick him up and win with him at the moment. This isn't to take credit from Dacid, as he is solid and really good. But...let's be serious here. Bang's OP.

The thing is, every Bang/Litchi/Lambda I met uses pretty much the same exact combo. And it gets pretty old.

Then again... I hate Tager.. And almost every Tager I know plays the same.. Soo..

Well bangs actually got allot of variety now to his combos, hes probably one of the more interesting combo characters to watch these days. What really determines the combo is essentially the starter and ender your going for. Most people just use the simplest one they know.

@TheDarkWall People aren't hype for Bang because he's just... Bang. He doesn't have a hard time in 80% of his matchups like Tager. He might have "variety" in his combos now, but it's still all the same crap from 5A usually.

There is nothing hype about Bang, ever. Even when he was low tier in CT, there was nothing exciting about him. Boring, generic character design. Boring, generic combos. Boring, generic style of play. Zzzzz. Now that Bang is top tier, the situation is even worse.

@ProudDisciple As MikeZ himself would say, I made a lot of mistakes and that's the reason I lost. I needed to play a much more executionally solid game and not tech in the air.  As is the case in many American BB matches, we both did a lot of things wrong. Cool match though, hat off to MikeZ for never EVER failing to capitalize powerfully on an error.

@reiScarred Yeah, I was messing around with true FRKZ combos for the first time just one week before NCI, so a couple of the ones I used were improvised (and screwed up, often). I had tried the straight to j4C on a few characters and it didn't work, so I came up with a simple, fail safe version. Lol
