I love how there's no audio cue with the reveal; rather than an overbearing soundtrack telling the viewer that something scary is happening, we're left to let the penny drop on our own. I also like that the killer does not jump at the actress/audience at the end, so we're left to bridge the gap between the reveal and the violence at the opening on our own.
