  • the final version looks much better

  • Can anyone tell me if this is good ? NVIDIA GeForce GT530 with 2GB video card.

can it run current gen. games? max settings??

  • @GrapeFlavouredPop I doubt it will run Doom. Throw it out the window and buy 3dfx Voodoo II, it's a beast!

  • @Reloaded211 Cmon it cant be that bad!

  • Next-Gen ;)!

  • this is spunktastic

  • 1:02 scared the shit out of me!!

  • Thank god i decided to buy a good, upgradable pc (It's no good for gaming but the MoBo can handle 8 GB RAM, 6X3.3 GHz CPU and HD6990 graphics cards)

  • Dont cry console kids

  • @n0f3aR629 Said the PC kid.

  • @n0f3aR629 don't troll, pc fags

  • @SuperFunnyman001 He's not trolling. It's just fact that hardware in consoles can't even come close to good graphics. Do you even know what specs your consoles have? LOL

  • @SiloTearz Yes he is. You are a prime example of PC elitists at their worst, assuming console gamers know nothing, when I do. PC elitests only care about graphics. Therefore, gtfo.

  • @SuperFunnyman001 lolololol? I'd rather have fps over good graphics, so that was a bad assumption. BUT, with pc you can have amazing graphics and fps while on consoles you're still limited. Consoles (Other than Nintendo products) only get updated every 5 years or so.

Also, the reason I assume a lot of console gamers know nothing is because, well, a lot of them don't. If you went up to 25 people and asked for specs of an xbox, you'd be lucky to get one answer.

  • @n0f3aR629 Don't cum on your monitor PC jerks...

  • OPENGL YOU NEWFAGG BITCHES

  • is this what's suppose to be the next xbox and ps4 graphics? if so i'm impressed!

  • @SpartanForgeWorld300 if they support DX11 then yeah.

  • @SpartanForgeWorld300

Not even close to this graphics but it will support DX 11 from what I heard from Sony and Microsoft. There are rumors that Nintendo will also support DX 11 but not to a full extend. If most of the console run on DX 11 in the next generation then it would be great news for PC fans since most of the features on DX11 can be easily tune up for PC.

  • @SpartanForgeWorld300

DX11 has been around a while, almost two years now, so I could imagine future consoles possibly being able to do this sort of stuff, but the future of video games is going to be different than we would imagine.

Sounds like the Wii U will have DX10.1 so it can't do this sort of stuff.

  • my computer crashes during the physics test if its the least bit overclocked.

  • w.youtube.com/watch?v=s41yPePAGPo

    DirectX-11 vs UDK DirectX-9

  • youtube.com/watch?v=s41yPePAGPo

  • You simply get a movie-like quality that could mistake anyone into thinking its reality itself. Its perfectly possible and its gonna happen around 2018 (yeah, 7 years from now).

  • Textures, draw distance, light effects and soft particles, A.I. and animation are going to get sooo sophisticated that its gonna need a while 'til you can separate one from another! Just take into consideration how much visuals have evolved from ps1 to ps3! I mean, compare any ps1 game to the likes of uncharted 2/3 or God Of War 3, now and imagine the same difference as a leap forward...

  • Considering the next gen. of consoles is coming out by the end of 2012, their graphics might look even better than this. I truely believe that by the time the next.next gen. of consoles arrive (PS5), there will be no easily discernible difference between movies and videogames.

  • @cadaverr I disagree. The next generations on consoles will be out around 2014 due to production costs.

  • @ddd0iii0eee0 Ya, that's why both Nintendo's and Microsoft's next gen. consoles are scheduled for a next year release.. I understand what you're thinking but that's not how things work. Sony's Move (a motion plus copy) and Kinect are not going to expand the life of both consoles anything beyond 1 or 2 years.. The wii's approach is "old news" now. The gimmick wears off rather fast. You will be surprised by this year's E3. This industry's lifecycle will continue to roll on despite what some think.

  • my god

  • if the consoles wouldnt have a huge share of the game sales, we could be enjoying games with these kind of graphics on pc....

  • @0oAccount123o0

But consoles are the reason game developers can sell so many of their games and make money and keep making games.

If it weren't for consoles they wouldn't make enough money and wouldn't be able to make their games like they are now, games have gotten to be extremely expensive to make and take a long time, so don't hate consoles, they do a lot of good.

  • @Usul573 Sorry, but that's retarded.

You don't need millions and millions of Sales to make a game or a sequel.

Look at Hard Reset, Indie Devs made the Engine and everything, and they weren't rich.

Please, get your head out your ass and think before you type.

Consoles do more harm to Gaming than good, it's very obvious, especially seeing as gaming started to decline when the original Xbox came out.

  • @TheSeventiethSeven

What's the problem then, considering the Hard Reset example?

Why can't they just crank out all their awesome DX11 ultra realistic games on PC?

Hard Reset is a DX9 game that runs very well at 1680x1050 with high settings on a 6670, that's cool.

No game has dared to require more than a 8800GT/9800GT yet, I wonder about later though.

What's this decline in gaming anyway?

Consoles just let them spread games to lots of more people, if they went WAY beyond, too expensive.

  • @Usul573 That was like a jumbled up crossword.

What was your point in all of that?

I have told you that Hard Reset is an Example that a game doesn't require a lot of money to be made, Indie Devs do it all the time with tiny amounts of money.

The decline in gaming is the standard of Gaming.

Look at all the games coming out, they are generic, boring games which people on Consoles find new, due to the fact that they went from their Xbox/PS2 to the 360/PS3.

  • @TheSeventiethSeven

    Find new?

The PS3/360 have been out for five years, or six for the 360.

Why would they be held back gameplay wise? There's essentially nothing gameplay wise you can do on PC that you can't do on console

People aren't stupid, they aren't going to highly rate or buy something they don't like and isn't good.

BF3 and Metro 2033 are HARD on PCs, but are on consoles.

If it was just PC, things wouldn't be better. Why would they be?

Are you implying people with consoles are dumb?

  • @Usul573

Ultimately, how would any of those game series being just on PC help them? I can't imagine it.

They used to have tons of new ideas, but they're out of ideas now basically.

  • @Usul573 >Catering to a casual crowd.

Easy, don't expect much, don't have to put much effort into it, still make a lot of sales due to the number of them.

    >Catering to a Hardcore crowd.

Expect improvements, lots of new content, not just a few Killstreaks, add ons and maps for another $60.

Please, if you can't understand something this simple...

  • @TheSeventiethSeven

If there was no "casual" crowd, then there would only be the "hardcore" crowd, and they wouldn't even sell that many games if there wasn't the profitability.

Consoles help it be such a massive industry and why there are still so many games sold.

So gaming just wouldn't even be that big of a thing, with less demand and less companies.

Casual type games on PC are huge also.

And I understand, I understand all the hardware behind the consoles, I have a really high end PC too.

  • @Usul573 Just because a lot of games are sold, doesn't mean it's helping.

Before Consoles got so big, PC Gaming was doing find, and companies were still posting profits, obviously, not as much as today, which is why they focus on Consoles.

And, there would actually be more demand, if there were less companies, then they would all be competing to create a better game than the other, not all just share the same market and make high profits for turning out Generic FPS: Casual Reloaded 1, 2 and 3.

  • @TheSeventiethSeven

PC gaming was doing fine since they could make games with small groups of people and not much budget and everything put into it.

Less companies, less talent. You have as much talent as possible out there competing for the best games as possible. There would be much less demand if just the tech savy people with high end PCs wanted the highest end games. They couldn't make a major profit making super high end games to a limited audience. VERY expensive the higher it goes.

  • @Usul573 Less talent?

Apart from the fact that games were far superior back in the days where PC Gaming was the core platform to develop for.

You don't need to make a game super graphical, that isn't my argument, and you know it.

Games aren't being made as good as they could anymore, because they don't need to.

PC Gamers (Hardcore Gamers) use to demand it, but because they are no longer the majority, they are pushed aside.

Really, really not hard to understand.

    Really...

  • @TheSeventiethSeven

It's just like the same game if it was made on PC, and is also on consoles you know.

Are you seriously saying that they aren't trying to make games as well as they can?

Used to be so much creativity but now basically every idea and new concept is tapped, so they do their best out there but it can't be as good as they used to be, and the consoles aren't causing any harm in this.

  • @Usul573 Of course they're not, the majority of games are just pushed out unfinished these days, some even in the Beta stage (Fallout 3, Oblivion, Crysis 2).

That never use to happen until all the Sony and Microsoft drones started defending the companies that were fucking them in the ass.

We're at a stage where if a company makes a decision to only enable you to save your game and play through it once (Capcom) the fans of Capcom start defending them, and they're all Console Casuals.

  • @Usul573 Are you seriously saying that for a game to be good, it has to be original?

    Oh... Oh God...

Games don't have to be original to be great, take Deus Ex, that set the bar, even today, for what a single player FPS should be, and almost all games since have been copying it, and they can still be great.

But great games are becoming rarer because Devs don't have to work hard to make a great selling game, due to the popularity of Consoles.

  • @Usul573 Let me ask you a question, you may (hopefully) understand after you answer this.

If you could make a game for less money and put less effort into it and market it to a Casual crowd and make the game so it pleases everyone instead of just a Hardcore crowd, would you?

Or would you rather market a game that you spent more effort on and more money on and make less profits?

From a business stand point, choice one.

  • @Usul573 Why market to a bunch of people who are going to judge your game harshly and demand that you fix it the way they want it?

Why not just make it for Consoles first, then port it to the PC without putting much effort into it and still have a game that sells great?

  • @TheSeventiethSeven

No, games don't have to be original to be good.

Yes, I remember Deus Ex fondly, it's just that so many bars have been set and so much has been done that it's VERY difficult to impress us or really do something new, so we can't get the same feeling going.

When it comes to making a game, I would work as hard as possible, with the resources I was given, to make the best experience for everyone out there who would get my game.

Consoles only help from there. COD4 pleased everyone

  • @Usul573 Not really true, despite Human Revolution being dumbed down in certain area's, I still felt that it was a great game.

I think you're blurring the line, usually sequels aren't as good because the original was a classic.

Deus Ex was better, but not because it brought so many new things to Gaming, because if you play them both now, both of them enable you to have multiple choices in what you do, it's just, Deus Ex was made with Hardcore gamers in mind.

  • @Usul573 CoD4 did please everyone, and that is the rare occasion where Developers actually put thought into what their target audience is, and that was the middle people. CoD4 wasn't Casual, and it wasn't Hardcore like Quake 3, Unreal Tournament (Not UT3) etc, it had effort put into it so that it worked well with PC's and Consoles, and that is what people should be doing.

But it's far easier to just make a average game and make a shitty port out of it.

  • @TheSeventiethSeven

    Well now.......

Is the argument over? What just happened?

I agree that sometimes how they handle resources and how they port things is pretty bad, but I don't blame the consoles, I feel that they do a lot of good but how some of the companies handle the market could be better.

I really am not totally sure about how things would be without game consoles, but people want something simple for sure.

  • @Usul573 When I talk about Consoles, by the way, I'm talking about the Xbox 360 and the PS3, the PS2 is amazing, I still play Dragonball games on it every so often, and the Wii has its own Exclusives and rarely shares any Multiplats.

But when it comes to the PS3 and 360, they bring down Gaming, on the PC anyway, due to the fact that Devs just don't have to give a shit anymore.

They can just make shitty Ports for the PC, and even if they don't sell well, enough people buy the Console Version.

  • @Usul573 And Human Revolution had to cater to the Consoles somehow.

If you play both of them side by side, none of them bring anything new to the table anymore, yet Deus Ex is still better, that's because Devs did actually put more thought into games back then.

Invisible War is a example of what happens when you try and simplify a game for Consoles, the Gameplay deteriorates.

By trying to make your game accessible to many people, you exclude the main audience of the game.

  • @Usul573 And that is the direction games are going, because of Consoles.

    Now, I've been thinking.

And I have to disagree with what I said earlier, I said Consoles were to blame entirely, but I do think that CEO's and CFO's, basically, the head of the company are partially to blame too, as they are the ones who have made Consoles into this.

Consoles have a vast number of players, and they want a cut of that cash cow, and in order to do that, you need to neglect your fanbase.

  • @Usul573 Apart from the fact that Console Casuals are impressed easily, thus, good games are rare.

Why spend a lot of money and hard work on a good game when you can make a mediocre one and still get amazing sales?

Those sequels prove that is what is happening.

They will rate something high if it's what they are use to.

Why would they be better? Because games would be advancing for a Hardcore crowd, not Casuals that want quick Thrills (See CoD).

I'm implying they're lazy, gaming wise.

  • @Usul573 PC Gamers don't suddenly jump into awesome graphics and advanced games, they work their way up, due to the fact that you don't have to wait 5 years for a brand new Console to come out.

And due to the fact that Consoles bring in far more money, Companies are now making their games primarily for the Consoles.

Did you know the Year the 360 came out (2005) PC parts came out in the following months that were more powerful than it?

They didn't even use the latest technology.

  • @Usul573 And due to this, games are being held back Tech wise.

They are also being held back Gameplay wise, not all of them, that would be retarded of me to say, but the majority of games are being massacred for the Console Casuals.

    Hitman Absolution.

    Command & Conquer 3/Red Alert 3.

    Oblivion/Skyrim.

    Fallout/New Vegas.

Call of Duty (Now being Developed Primarily for Consoles, unlike before).

Battlefield 3 (Has taken out many amazing Features Battlefield 2 had).

    Alien Vs. Predator.

  • @Usul573

    Crysis.

    Deus Ex Human Revolution.

    Dragon Age.

Those are just a few of what I own that I know for a fact have been turned into shit, because the Devs (Told by the CEO/CFO, no doubt) developed primarily for Consoles because they know they will get increased Sales.

And, I'm not naive, I know their main goal is to make money, but that doesn't mean Consoles aren't have a negative effect on Gaming.

They are, we just have to deal with it, that's all we can do.

  • I hate consoles.

  • orgasm

  • Omg i shit myself at 1:00!

btw this looks insanely good, the only good thing about xbox and ps ports is that we don't need 2GB graphics cards to run games because they would look like this, I am buying HD 5750 soon, I hope for good results in 3DMark 11 :D

  • epic shit XD

  • When I saw the car with "Antec" written on it's side, I just started cracking up.

  • @DullandTall thats dx11 too you know

  • jizztastic :O

  • 1 person ought a be ashamed of themselves for giving this video a thumbs down...

  • i think i jizzed :O

  • I remember reading an article about 5 years back that in 15 years (10 years remaining) we will be able to play games with real-time environmental details as in the real world. I'm starting to think we just might make it in time. It's still a long way to go but seeing how far we've come in 10 years I'm confident that it's possible to make it within less than 10 more years.

  • @Blomvik imagine it.all the eyecandy

  • @Blomvik I hope so, but then we will need separate power supply for Graphics processor, and some swimming pool pump for water cooling

  • @Blomvik actually thats how the movie Avatar was made, they have an engine that can alter the realistic environments in real time. Such as making a mountain larger or smaller. That Technology is very very close indeed just not applicable with the average joes technology.

  • @Blomvik coincidence,. before me your comment was rated 15 thumbs. HMMMM CONSPIRACY I SAY!

  • @Blomvik

Not unless we stop using consoles altogether,

    Which won't happen.

  • @GlobstersMessenger

PCs just aren't as accessible. Having to update a rig and check for specifications and compatibilities, just won't let in a wide audience, while buying a five year old console allows you to play anything with it's name on it.

Developers can still push PC boundaries, like CryTek, but still no one can run the damn thing without a real gaming rig.

Consoles allow more people to play and experience games, since when it all boils down to Gameplay < Graphics

  • @JuniorProducer1996 Meh AMD's APUs just made PC gaming more affordable and accessible to the general public. As for Crytek they pretty much just threw brute force at PC and focused on the highest of the high end PCs they made Crysis run without any mercy. Some of the Best looking PC games such as The Witcher 2 and Metro 2033 can cater to the high end and still look good and run good for the lower end users even BF3 is intending to do this.

  • @Blomvik I wouldn't actually like it if games were uber realistic in graphics.. Because when we do reach it, what next? I mean uber realistic graphics in a game doesn't always make it necesserily better. Games are about imagination and creativity, if I wanted a super, uber realistic game I would just go outside.

  • @TheNerdCircle If you don't want realism, why aren't you playing ONLY on an Atari 2600, or NES? Or perhaps only text adventures--no graphics at all? And movies: I guess you only watch B&W silent films--you know, the whole "go outside for reality" thing.

The truth hurts: you're the kind of mixed-up muddled logic-deficient individual that has directly contributed the current lack of real innovation in gaming.

  • @TheNerdCircle Hopefully, for the sake of mankind, you're Trolling.

    If not...

  • made in Finland :D

  • This is something nice to my eyes i'm searching for the world how to call it... Beautiful

  • beautiful..

  • WHAT THE BUCK?!

  • WHOAOAOAAAAAAAAAA LOOK AT DA PUUUURDYYY COLERSSSSS WOAHAHAHOHH

  • this is boring. .stuff should be exploding and pieces flying everywhere now that would be better.

  • Is this what games will look like one day? I think I just got a boner

  • So this is the incredible life like detail I keep hearing about that DX11 will be able to do? I LOVE what I see =)

Hope PC games will look this good (or even better =P) in future, at about 0:33 that's the 'kicker' the lighting there is even better than on Crysis =O

  • i liek the antec ad jeep lol

  • imagine what dx13 or even 12 is gonna look like.... holy shit..

  • HOLY FUCKED HORSE SHIT!

  • Wow amazing!

  • People, think about this:

This is how games will look in the short future! It's crazy!

  • theres only one non static thing in this benchmark?

  • ahhh scary scary at the end......this is how PC games will look like right? xbox and ps3 cant handle this people.

  • watch for this on the xbox 720 and ps4 :33

  • @HIMISOCOOL *cough* you mean pc because those stupid consoles cant do crap. *cough*

  • @72metallicafan Dude its already here clearly :3

  • @HIMISOCOOL what are you going on about? LOL

  • @EZbakeROFLcakes thats how long it will take to get the tech onto consoles, whole new generation

  • @HIMISOCOOL what :D?

  • nersgasm indeed

  • Sweeeet ..... Just add a predator to the benchmark and its good to go .

  • Lol @ the Antec jeep

  • The underwater benchmarks looks more awesome :D

  • JURASSIC PARK!

  • antec ;D

  • crysis still looks better though

  • Sexy

  • WTF Did i miss something 3DMark11 isn't out yet and people think this was a demo with the AMD 6XXX series card

  • Changing pants brb.

  • my shitty acer Aspire 5610z just did this at 60 fps at all max settings!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • They should make a game like this.

  • makes consoles look like shit :D

  • Is this crysis 3

  • @pjotrkiller read the title of the video..

  • looks like some shit

  • looks like the lifsis mod, but if crysis was in dx11 we get alot better results, aka, no computer on in the world would be able to run it at 60 fps lololol

  • Holy shit, this is being rendered in real-time?!

  • This looks awesome people...

  • @motherboardsorg best dam looking thing ever

  • @motherboardsorg I have to disagree.. I think personally "It IS.. awesome" :D haha.

  • Looks just like DX10 to me, of course, the only NEW NEW thing with DX11, is geometry tessellation.

  • looks shitty

  • hi i notice you have the thermatlake spin Q cpu cooler on your test bench how does it perform ? thanks

  • @CarlosFilms96 Excellent cooler...

  • @motherboardsorg LOL

My computer can't even render the video in 360p as how good the graphics are.

  • @CarlosFilms96 its shit looks good though

  • @crimson177 this is what reviews tell looks good but don´t works ass should :s

  • @CarlosFilms96 Search reviews yourself cause he just advertises things so the only logical thing is to say yes!

  • PFFFFFT.... my gamecube is better lol..

But really, that's a sweet card, i can't wait 'til the 69xx series comes out. lol 69...

  • can this play minecraft?
