And BTW I'm about to choose what to buy, mb an Explorer, mb Washburn N4, mb a fender Telecaster. Is the telecaster versatile? Cause if I'm going to play distorted there won't be problems with noise and all that stuff? And also-are the frets 17-21 reachable? Or just like on LP models?
Hi I love playing telecaster but I have switched the treble pickup to a Humbucker called Dimarzio Chopper T! That dosent do alot noise! Works perfekt for rock n roll like airbourne! Its 21 frets on my telecaster.. You really should go to a shop to try wich gutar suits in your hands and after that maybe change pickup to get the sound you want! If you use single coil pickup you will get a lot of noise with high gain! Just a tip!
