Honestly though this could have been a lot better.
Something I'm going to point out is that you failed to capture the intense feel or aura if you will, that saron gives off. Sauron has long, snappy movements when he moves his body or his flail. The way you animated him was far too smooth. But I give you credit for getting this much done, and the models are nice.
