also, the headrest is in the 5th position, which is for booster only use... he needs a bigger carseat.
Also, make sure the coat isn't too bulky for in the carseat

He's a beautiful kid. PLEASE tighten his car seat harness and raise the chest clip to the proper position. The way you have his harness done, he would be ejected and probably killed in an accident. Please don't ride with him again until you fix it!
