  • you should let your girlfriend sit on it.

  • ДолбаЁбы

  • u gays are so fucked its a 10 inch with 2 inch rubber i no alot about subs amp n decks

  • How many watts is that sub ?

  • @BassLightDark those were 900rms. no longer make em aw1006t=900rms aw1206t=1100rms (best bang for your buck) i had 2 1206t@1000rms a peice in my blazer and these things thumped SO HARD i only payed like 300 for 2 of em and they out thumped alot of subs that were 200+ for one sub

  • not 10"

  • @AIRSOFTINGisAMAZING then what is it smart ass...its a 10

  • @AIRSOFTINGisAMAZING yea thats a audiobahn aw1006t 900w rms. google it son

  • why would you do that dumb shit just seal your foam and your good

  • why does it have two holes

  • @947765m they put an audiobahn trim peice/logo and those are the mounting holes but over time the bass and constant flex causes them to break off. or ppl snag it on shit lol

  • o yeah

  • not the best sound quality but Audiobahns sure can take a lot of power thrown at them... my sister had the immortals and it was louder than anything I've ever owned

  • @CoupeDeville23

LOL, the audiobahn isn't a good brand, they don't take a lot of power.

I wouldn't say they are overrated, because i can put more watts then RMS to any sub, other people probably can't.

  • @epiphonesg007 not sure what you mean by 'put more watts then RMS to any sub'... by my experience, Audiobahns can handle their RMS wattage, but just sound sloppy to me.. kind of like Kicker, but I wouldn't say their THAT bad

  • @epiphonesg007 that's why I said 'not the best sound quality'... when did I say they were a good brand? by the way, its not all about RMS watts... look up Focal or Morel products, their top subs are only 400rms but they are some of the best subs ever made... next to JL

  • @CoupeDeville23

Power handling has a lot to do with it, and RMS is most of the time a good rating.

If u want SQ u would never look at RMS, but i don't want i fullout SQ system. ;)

  • @epiphonesg007 I don't think you understand RMS. That is the maximum recommended power handling set by the manufacturer, and if you exceed that number, you risk damaging the product. ONLY look at RMS, no ifs ands or buts. If you want SQ, you shouldn't even reach the RMS for most subs, and you put your sub in a small sealed enclosure... peak power, max power etc. means NOTHING!

  • @CoupeDeville23

Dude please, i always look at RMS but i don't buy audiobahn or other ovverrated equipment.

and i know, max, peak power mens nothing just like PMPO.><

That's what i said, if u're a SQ guy you shouldn't even look at power handling.

And put the sub in a small sealed enclosure for SQ? lol, you won"t get a lot of SQ out of it.

  • @epiphonesg007 is that a joke? the very first thing you should learn about SQ is that you get the best SQ in small sealed boxes... that's no opinion, thats proven fact.... you still want to look at RMS to match an amp correctly, I was telling you not to pay attention to other numbers bc they're irrelevant... I don't know if you're ever read anything about SQ, but sealed boxes are the way to go

  • @CoupeDeville23

Lol, you are the one that doesn't knows about SQ, sealed boxes are for the average "SQ" guys, but they aren't real SQ guys.

Small sealed box means peaky response of the subwoofer and that isn't something someone that likes SQ wants to have.

Bigger sealed boxes or infinite baffle is the way to go, some use ported or bandpass, but they are much much harder to get perfect. :)

(and btw i always take a amp that can push more then RMS then the subwoofers RMS, just headroom)notrecommen

  • @epiphonesg007 honestly, I think you're confusing SQ with SPL... look up SQ on google and the first thing you'll read is about small sealed boxes... infinite baffle or bandpass for SQ? I really think you're trying to mess with me, but if not, you need to start learning about car audio...

  • @CoupeDeville23

    Lol, i'm not messing with u. ;)

infinite baffle is one of the best things for SQ, because it's easy to make it sound really fkin good.

And i'm not messing with u.

Small sealed box=peaky freq responce. ;)

Some people use ported boxes for SQ, althiugh months of testing and rebuilding are needed to sound perfect.

Bandpass boxes also have the abilty to sound extremely well, some use it for SQ, but there aren't a lot of them. ;)

Lol, i know the difference between SQ and SPL ><

  • @epiphonesg007 nah noy me i bult my first box and it was perfect

  • @yodigi101

    What?

    English now please?

  • @epiphonesg007 i said i got my box perfect on th first try

  • @yodigi101

Sorry but that is bs ;)

That is impossible for it to be perfect. ;)

Maybe it sounds good enough for u but that doesn't means it sounds perfect. ;)

Even SQ competitors that are doing it and winning it for years can't design a perfect box.(altough it will become closer to perfect then 99.999% of the people.)

  • @CoupeDeville23

But the immortals are better then other models.

  • @epiphonesg007 right.. when my sister had them, they were the top model.. Audiobahn is no longer in business now, and I think it was their best sub (2000 watts RMS)... she was looking for SPL, and those subs sure did deliver... I'm more of an SQ guy, and prefer my Kappas that handle less than a quarter of the power, but sound much cleaner

  • @CoupeDeville23 you sir are an idiot. how can you say audiobahn is out of business? Do your research before you make up ideas in your head

  • @gavdomdad before you call someone an idiot, how about looking what I said up first... they ARE out of business, and have been for over a year... who's the idiot now?

  • that audiobahn took it like a champ, i dont see kickers lasting that long

  • you could have that in an enclosure producing good sound instead of dogging it like that....

  • that looks like an 8 to me

  • @GEARHEADGUY92 thats because the surround on Audiobahns is so gargantuan... Im sure its a 10 though

  • that is a BEAST

  • sound like its blowed and yes i think it was burnt when you started.

  • could be a recone kit

  • wow big surround!

  • dud that looks like a 5 inch woofer

  • Yeah it sorta does :P

  • it looks 5'' because the lip is big and the cone is small

  • nice 5/5
