2. whisk the egg and

3. pour it ON the spam, NOT next to it

Spam in a can taste so much better than spam singles. You don't need oil to cook spam because it has its own oils, especially if you cook it with a non stick pan. Preferably, I cook mine with shoyu (I use Aloha Shoyu) Eat it all up with ruce--yum yum!
