Exactly, when I switched from freestyle to folk I got so many calls for slams cause I didn't bring them down safely. That was my biggest complaint about folk style.

Wrestling freestyle I learn how to fall and take slams, and so did everyone else. I rarely saw an injury in a result of those throws. Folk style was different, kids never learned how to take a fall and got injured a lot because of it; they relied on their opponent too much.
